About
A contemporary restaurant conceived as a sculptural urban object within the tropical streetscape. The compact two-level volume is defined by soft, rounded geometry and a monolithic dark facade, creating a bold yet refined presence in contrast to its surroundings. A glowing circular light element crowns the building, acting as a visual landmark and identity marker after sunset. The ground floor is designed as an open and transparent layer, inviting the street into the interior through full-height glazing. The upper level offers a more intimate dining atmosphere, framed by large windows and warm ambient lighting. Inside, the space is composed through contrast: raw textured walls, polished concrete floors, black furniture volumes, and custom mosaic surfaces. A long communal table becomes the spatial anchor, encouraging shared dining experiences and social interaction. Sculptural lighting elements introduce softness and balance to the restrained material palette. The project merges expressive form, urban presence, and tactile minimalism, creating a restaurant architecture that is both iconic and deeply human in scale.
